A: Unless explicitly stated on the product page as "Refurbished" or "Used," all GPUs and components are brand new, sealed, and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of all new hardware.

A: While we are an e-commerce store, our support team can provide basic guidance on product compatibility and setup. - **The discount applies to the total number of distinct items in the cart.** For example, purchasing one (1) GPU and one (1) Laptop counts as 2 items and qualifies for the 5% discount.
- The discount is applied as a percentage off the total cart subtotal (excluding shipping and taxes).

B. Exclusions:
- This discount may not be combined with other offers, coupons, or special promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- The discount is not applicable to gift cards, digital software/licenses, or clearance/final sale items.
- If an item is returned, the refund amount will be equal to the price paid after the volume discount was applied to that item. If the return drops your order below the threshold for the original discount tier (e.g., returning one of three items), the remaining items will be re-priced at the lower applicable discount tier (e.g., re-priced at the 5% discount tier if two items remain).
